About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Developer / Solution Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform to design and implement a Business Process Management (BPM) capability that supports Master Data Management (MDM) for our clients. This role requires strong solution architecture knowledge, hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and an understanding of their pros and cons in an enterprise environment.
As a key technical leader, you will work closely with business stakeholders, master data teams, and IT architects to design, develop, and deliver scalable and efficient solutions leveraging Power Platform and complementary Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Define and lead the architecture for Power Platform-based BPM solutions that support Master Data Management (MDM).
- Assess Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse for fitment based on client needs.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions while keeping the ERP (SAP, Dynamics, or other) core clean.
- Evaluate pros and cons of Power Platform components, including cost, scalability, governance, and extensibility.
- Ensure integration with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, Azure Services, Databases, APIs, RPA, AI/ML models).
Development & Implementation
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and integrations.
- Develop reusable components, connectors, and governance frameworks for Power Platform adoption.
- Implement automation and process digitization using AI Builder, RPA, and Power Automate Desktop.
- Guide the team on best practices, code standards, and architectural principles.
Stakeholder Management & Governance
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to capture requirements and define solution roadmaps.
- Define security models, access controls, and compliance standards for Power Platform solutions.
- Establish Power Platform governance and Center of Excellence (CoE) for scalable enterprise adoption.
- Provide technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews, training, and mentoring.
Key Skills & Experience
Must-Have
Strong Architecture & Solution Design Deep expertise in architecting Power Platform solutions in a large-scale enterprise.
Power Apps Expertise Hands-on experience in Canvas & Model-Driven Apps, including data modeling with Dataverse.
Process Automation & BPM Proven experience in designing workflow automation using Power Automate, RPA, AI Builder.
Master Data & ERP Integration Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts and integration with ERP systems.
Security & Governance Experience in Power Platform governance, including security, compliance, and cost optimization.
Azure & Microsoft Stack Strong understanding of Azure services, APIs, AI, Power BI, and other Microsoft technologies.
Communication & Leadership Ability to engage with stakeholders, explain technical concepts, and lead a development team.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with SAP, Dynamics 365, or other ERP integrations.
Knowledge of Power Fx, JavaScript, C#, or other scripting languages.
Experience in establishing a Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
