We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead a complex, multi-vendor Salesforce transformation program for a prestigious client Apple. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce ecosystem (preferrable), enterprise integrations, global delivery coordination, and stakeholder management at executive levels.
- Own the end-to-end program execution of a multi-cloud Salesforce implementation which has multiple integrations and AppExchange products.
- Manage multiple workstreams spanning custom development, integrations, data migration, and rollout.
- Lead Agile ceremonies across globally distributed scrum teams.
- Ensure timely sprint planning, backlog grooming, delivery reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track progress using Agile tools (Jira, Rally, etc.) and manage dependencies across teams.
- Proficient in using JIRA for managing Agile delivery sprint planning, backlog grooming, task assignments, and tracking.
- Created and maintained dashboards and reports for monitoring sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and team performance.
- Used JIRA to coordinate cross-functional workstreams in global, multi-vendor setups.
- Worked closely with Scrum Masters and Product Owners to ensure clear story definitions, prioritization, and acceptance criteria.
- Anticipate and mitigate technical risks and blockers.
- Oversee test planning (SIT, UAT) and ensure environments, data sets, and test scripts are in place.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure release readiness.
- Coordinate and align deliverables across vendors in a hybrid onshore-offshore model.
- Manage time zones, cultural differences, and delivery cadences across regions.
- Ensure consistency in development standards, Release and Deployment practices, and documentation.
- Provide clear and concise program updates to Apple s business and IT executives.
- Drive executive steering committees and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery issues.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 12 years of IT experience with 6 years in Salesforce program management.
- Proven success managing multi-vendor, global Salesforce delivery programs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and integration best practices.
- Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum/Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments.
- Excellent communication, executive reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
