Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Air Conditioning and Heat workers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain air conditioning units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in the field, ensuring optimal performance of HVAC systems for our projects.
Duties
- Install, service, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections to ensure systems are functioning efficiently.
- Diagnose issues using tools such as an ohmmeter and schematics to identify problems with electrical components.
- Weld and build components as necessary for repairs or installations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in air conditioning systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters and pressure gauges.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Pay is based on experience. Must have transportation to our office in Allentown,PA. We accept employees with a criminal record but only require to provide a report of charges to see if this will effect the position.
