The administrative assistant will be responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions as well as helping with job set up and purchase order generation using Sage software in a small, growing company. This position requires someone with strong organizational skills that can multi-task to efficiently meet company needs on a daily basis, strong computer and Excel background, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years prior office experience in the machining and fabrication industry and the ability to interact with vendors and employees at multiple levels.
