As a Machine Shop Supervisor, you will be a vital part of our manufacturing team, utilizing your expertise in scheduling, quality control systems, CNC programming, machining, and precision measuring instruments. Your proficiency in job flow scheduling, quality control, and operation of both CNC and manual lathes and mills will be essential in producing high-quality machined parts on time for our customers. With a focus on attention to detail and accuracy, your role will involve ensuring the proper setup and operation of CNC and manual equipment as well as scheduling job flow and ensuring quality control processes are being following on each job .
