Administrative Support Specialist – Mount Airy, MD – K&B Restoration
Since 1997, our Mount Airy, MD Restoration Company has been a trusted name in disaster recovery, providing high-quality restoration services for residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach to supporting daily operations.
Key Responsibilities (in order of importance) :
- Phone call intake and coordination – Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, job updates, and scheduling.
- Maintain updated project details in Restoration Manager software – Ensure all job progress and documentation are accurately recorded.
- Assist with the flow of production for the rebuild division – Support scheduling, project tracking, and communication with field teams.
- Process accounting requests with the Director of Compliance – Assist with invoicing, billing, and other administrative accounting functions.
- Establish and maintain vendor accounts for K&B Restoration services.
- Participate in weekly Work-in-Progress meetings to review active projects and track updates.
- Other administrative tasks as needed to support daily operations and team efficiency.
