Job Overview
K. Bellavance Land Works & Hauling is looking to hire an enthusiastic and hardworking asphalt laborer to assist in the installation and setting of asphalt driveways, parking lots, and roads. This rate of pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering water to the rollers and plate compactors
- Preparing the pavement saw, measuring the line for the day
- Cleaning the area at the end of the day
- Off Loading the truck and gathering tools for the day
- Transporting rakes, lutes, shovels, and spray cans to the paver
- Measuring and lining out the area for the day’s paving
- Assisting the operator
Requirements:
- GED or High School diploma
- At least 1 year of asphalt experience
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication and observation skills

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
