Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies and equipment.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing your skills in both bartending and hospitality.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, brewing techniques, and new cocktail recipes to enhance the drink menu.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender in fine dining or banquet settings is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food service operations and hospitality standards.
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with guests and team members.
