What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Office Assistant - Saturdays only position at K&C Bookkeeping Services, LLC.?
· Office Managing entails:
- o Maintain Internal and Client Google Drive files, and physical hard copies up-to-date and organized.
- o Learn and understand all the moving parts of the company, and the standard procedures all each department.
- o Assist with Data Entry for client and in-house on Excel, and QuickBooks online/ desktop, and additional software used.
- o Will be trained on several software and apps, must be computer literate and willing to learn new systems.
- o Will use Zoho vault to store and update client’s credentials.
- o Will scan client receipts and save to files and mail the originals back to client.
- o Will mail all correspondences to clients and government remittances as instructed by Accountant/Bookkeeper/Manager
- o Maintain task management system
- o Maintain client information
Client Support entails:
- o Answer emails from clients, and return calls as needed.
- o Assist with client bookkeeping manuals
- o Assist with retrieving confidential information for our files to perform bookkeeping
- o Will set up new files and update current files
- o Will write professional letters
- o Make copies, scan, print and file away all client documents.
- o Assist in client bookkeeping with data entry, when needed
- o Assist with data entry for tax clients
- o Assist with Year end bookkeeping for clients as needed
This position is PART-TIME; Every Saturday 8hr work day. 8a-5p
