Job Description
As a Landscaping Account Manager at K&C Grounds Maintenance, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining cordial relationships with them and communicating regularly to address any requests or concerns they may have. You will also perform regular site visits and work with crew leaders to coordinate staffing and the allocation of equipment and materials. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing clients with accurate job cost estimates and assisting in sourcing new clients.

Primary Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and property managers, addressing their requests and concerns as they arise
- Maintain cordial relationships with clients and property managers, including regular communication, updates, and clarification to guarantee customer satisfaction
- Perform regular site visits to ensure project quality and progress
- Work closely with crew leaders to coordinate crews, schedules, equipment, and allocation of materials to ensure prompt results that exceed client expectations
- Ability to identify project requirements and propose accurate job cost estimates for new and existing clients
- Suggest and offer additional enhancement options to clients and provide estimates
- Aid in sourcing new clients and generating referrals from existing clients through superior service
- Attend trade association meetings and seminars for networking and education on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience:
- 1-2 years as a landscaping account manager or equivalent preferred
- And/or 3 years of landscaping supervision / management
- Project management skills and ability to foster client relationships
- Horticulture expertise
- Understanding of landscaping practices and processes and familiarity with required equipment
- Problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
- Resourceful, proactive, and independent with high attention to detail
- Ability to work on a flexible schedule
- English (bilingual Spanish is a plus)
- Valid Driver’s License and authorization to work in the United States
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary Range (depending on experience): 65,000 - 85,000 per year – with opportunity for further career advancement
