CDA or Certificate of Mastery

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated individuals to pursue a CDA (Child Development Associate) or Certificate of Mastery in early childhood education. The CDA or Certificate of Mastery program equips candidates with essential skills and knowledge to support children's development and prepare them for future educational success.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children in a variety of educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with developmental milestones.
• Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for children.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
• Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to complete required training and certification processes associated with the CDA or Certificate of Mastery program.

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
