K-ceps Auto Body, Ohio's leader in Certified Collision Repair is expanding once again and is looking for Body Shop Technicians. K-ceps has had record-setting sales year, after year, and in need of individuals who are going to help move production to a new level in our 15,000sqft state-of-the-art collision repair facility located just Northeast of Cincinnati.
We are seeking dedicated individuals who enjoy a fast-paced environment and can deliver high-quality work as K-ceps corporately holds 22 OEM Certifications including exclusive Highline OEM certifications from Bentley, Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche, Tesla, Lucid, Jaguar-Land Rover, and Rivian!
Tired of being just another "number" and "slinging" Aftermarket/counterfeit or JUNK parts? Say no more- K-ceps is a family owned organization and has a very strict policy against the use of these counterfeit and junk yard parts.
Simply put, we fix very cool cars, safely, and completely with an amazing team.
Essential Functions:
- Perform full teardown on vehicles for proper estimating
- Check parts against estimate and ensures proper parts are ordered and received
- Prepare vehicles for body repair work
- Notify management of any additional repairs needed
- Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time
- Maintain tools and equipment in a proper state of repair
- Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal protective equipment, including a respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer
- Repair vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards
- Keeps abreast of previous and newly released factory technical bulletins
- Perform other duties as requested
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Technician or related experience required
- Valid ASE certification preferred
- Valid I-CAR certification preferred
Job Requirements:
- Organized, and manages workload and time well
- Valid Drivers License
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
