House Cleaner (Part time)

We’re a small, family-run business dedicated to delivering top-notch cleaning services, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team. As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a cleaner who is eager to make a difference in both residential and occasional commercial spaces, as well as move-out cleans.

Responsibilities:

Residential Cleaning:

Perform regular cleaning duties in residential homes, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and wiping down surfaces in living areas, kitchens, bathrooms, and bedrooms.

Move-Out/Move-In Cleans:

Conduct thorough cleaning for move-out or move-in situations, ensuring all spaces are spotless and ready for new tenants or homeowners.

Commercial Cleaning:

Assist with cleaning commercial spaces as needed, ensuring the environment is tidy, organized, and presentable. Ensure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition and report any issues to management. Properly store and maintain cleaning supplies. Spot clean high-touch areas such as light switches, doorknobs, and remote controls. Focus on deep-cleaning tasks as required. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with clients. Follow any specific client requests for cleaning tasks. Adhere to safety procedures, especially when handling cleaning chemicals, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. Complete assigned cleaning tasks within the designated time frames while ensuring high standards of quality. Keep management updated on any concerns, special cleaning requests, or client feedback.

What we are looking for:

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
• Must have access to a washer and dryer to occasionally wash and dry rags
• Must be able to work independently with little supervision
• Must possess a friendly and energetic demeanor
• Previous experience in residential cleaning preferred
