Maintenance Technician

K&D is looking for the best in the industry! Hiring for skilled techs for residential maintenance needs. Daily responsibilities can range from providing service to residents by completing service requests, assisting with turning suites and getting them make-ready as well as preventative maintenance.

Technicians need to pass basic maintenance skill assessment, have a desire to work in a team environment and willingness to provide good customer service with resident maintenance needs. Basic hand tools are required for the position. For your convenience, K&D offers option of purchasing required tool set upon hire with easy payroll deduction.

Schedule:

Fulltime position: Monday-Friday. Typical hours are 8:30am-5:00pm (May vary by one hour). No evenings or weekends, unless you're on-call and need to respond to an emergency. When on-call, generous on-call rotation amongst all technicians with bonus pay for service calls.

Pay Type:

Wages are based on years of experience and site location. Starting at $18.00-$24.00/hr. Bi-weekly pay. Immediate need and placement on the day of assessment at our corporate office in Willoughby.

Must be able to pass our criminal background check & pre-employment drug screen testing.
