Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage, eligibility, and benefits to determine claim validity and facilitate proper billing.
Payment Posting: Record and reconcile payments received from insurance companies, patients, and other payers against billed amounts, ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Follow-up: Monitor outstanding claims, identify and resolve billing discrepancies or rejections, and resubmit claims as necessary.
