REQUIREMENTS :
- Positive attitude and desire to excel while working with fellow employee-owners.
- The qualified candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mass earthwork operations and / or heavy-civil construction.
- GPS experience is a plus.
- Motor grader, Loader, Excavator, Scraper, Backhoe, Gannon, and other specialized equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Must pass pre-employment and subsequent random drug screenings.
