Job Description
The Dispatch Logistics Administrator will be responsible for coordinating and communicating with drivers, supervisors, and inspectors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and ability to analyze complex data.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Schedule and dispatch drivers and vehicles to appropriate locations.
- Coordinate and communicate truck breakdown issues, schedule changes, and weather-related cancellations.
- Monitor vehicle insurance cards and valid driver badges.
- Work with accounting for timesheet problems.
- Associate degree and 1-3 years of similar experience in a dispatching or similar role.
- Understanding of DOT and state regulations for height and weight maximums.
