The Office Administrator Role
This is a key member of our team that provides administrative and technical support to the estimators and project managers from the preconstruction phase through final completion.
Responsibilities
- Manage contract documents, bid calendar, and trade packages.
- Set up estimates using Excel and B2W estimating software.
- Communicate with subcontractors and manage bid lists.
- Process bid addenda and notify parties of changes.
- Track and analyze subcontractor bids.
- Assist estimators in preparing final bids and proposal packages.
- Organize and maintain bid information for historical purposes.
- Log executed contract documents and distribute as necessary.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Excellent computer skills and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
