We are looking for a Certified Home Health Aide RN Instructor who can bring compassion to the classroom. The ideal candidate should understand the importance of a Certified Home Health Aide. RN instructor to conduct training/orientation classes in Elizabeth per approved DOH curriculum. Ability to conduct in-person classes and live remote classes using the approved platform (Zoom)

Job details:
- Interact with students regarding the progress of students in your class.
- Monitor the behavior of students’ academic setting, and monitor classroom operation in terms of absenteeism, tardiness, and discipline.
- Develop and explain a method that fairly measures student progress toward course objectives.
- Evaluate student performance fairly and consistently and return student work promptly to promote maximum learning.
- Prepare a complete course syllabus
- Follow approved policies and procedures in the conduct of all instruction activities.
- Demonstrate sensitivity to student needs and circumstances.
- Tutoring and academic counseling of students.
Requirements:
- RN License required
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 1-year experience in the home care setting
- Bilingual Spanish or Creole preferred, but not required
- Establish and follow meaningful learning objectives.
