What will you be doing?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director - Supply Chain & Operations to join our growing team in Vancouver, WA. This leadership role is ideal for a strategic and collaborative professional who excels at driving operational excellence and optimizing performance to support the continued growth of Kagwerks.
As Director – Supply Chain & Operations, you will lead the strategic development and execution of end-to-end supply chain, quality, and operational functions. You will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and cross-functional teams, to drive efficiency and ensure seamless operations.
Your primary focus will be managing and empowering internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of all operational activities—on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. Clear and consistent communication will be key to maintaining transparency across all levels of the organization.
As part of a global company network, you will play a critical role in streamlining processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
To excel in this role, you will bring senior-level experience in Operations, Supply Chain Management, or General Management within a technical engineering or manufacturing environment. Your ability to drive strategic leadership, optimize efficiency, and foster strong stakeholder engagement at all levels will be essential to success.
A proactive mindset and strong problem-solving skills will set you apart, enabling you to anticipate challenges and implement solutions that enhance performance. A formal qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Management is highly desirable, along with experience in Continuous Improvement or Lean Manufacturing to optimize processes and drive efficiency.
