What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Dentist - Marina position at K H AZAD DENTAL CORPORATION?
We are a fast-growing multidisciplinary private dental group looking for a Pediatric Dentist to join our Marina, CA location. We are fully paperless and equipped with the latest dental technologies such as digital X-rays, digital scanners, pan-ceph machine, CBCT, Nitrous, and much more. In addition, we also offer clinical support with direct one-on-one mentorship. This is a part-time position with some travel.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations
- Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family, and receive informed consents for treatments services
- Deliver quality dental care to every patient
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, pulp therapy, sealants, sedation dentistry, behavior management and preventative dentistry
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment
- Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment
Compensation & Benefits:
- Highest of $2,000-2,500 daily rate guarantee* or 40% to 45%* of Net Production
- No capitation on % of Net Production
- Dental anesthesiologist available for IV sedation
- Flexible schedule
- Based on experience and availability
- Pediatric Dentistry Residency preferred
- 1 Year Experience preferred
