As our Escrow Assistant, you will assist in the coordination of the closing date with buyer, seller and lender. You will complete accurate and timely processing of escrow files, including but not limited to opening the file, ordering the HOA dues, and ordering surveys. Work with Escrow Officer to clear up any escrow issues. Communicate with builder, lender and homebuyer to ensure smooth open and close of escrow. Handle post-closing duties including but not limited to disbursement of all funds, recording of documents and requesting of necessary releases.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree from four year college or university; or 1-2 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
