Land Acquisition Interns will assist the Land Acquisition Department with identifying and analyzing prospective land deals. Land Acquisition Interns will receive exposure to the Land Acquisition function including market research, understanding competitor projects and analysis relative to product and pricing. The position will shadow/assist the Land Acquisition Team in completion of the following duties:
• Utilizing analytical skills to gain valuable market information.
• Assisting Land Acquisition Team with preparation of financial analysis (P&L, Proformas, Cash flows & ROI)
• Supporting Land Acquisition Team with “White Book” Presentation to senior management.
• Implementing the Land Light strategy and sourcing Land Light partners.
Ideal candidate will be someone who is actively pursuing a degree in Finance and/or Real Estate and possess a strong desire to pursue a career in the homebuilding industry.
