Market Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Analyst, to join our Marketing Team.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing real estate market trends, utilizing MLS and Zonda databases, and employing advanced Excel skills to interpret complex data.  This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of real estate metrics and a commitment to delivering accurate and actionable insights.

Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of real estate markets, including trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Provide insights into market conditions and forecasts.
Data Management: Utilize MLS, Zonda, and other systems to collect, organize, and analyze real estate data. Ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Excel Proficiency: Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting. Create detailed models, charts, and graphs to support market assessments and presentations.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and summaries on market conditions, trends, and forecasts to stakeholders. Ensure all reports are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Research: Stay up to date with market developments, economic factors, and industry trends. Conduct comparative analysis and benchmarking to evaluate market performance.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members including land acquisition teams, division leadership, and analysts to gather relevant data and provide insights.
Problem-Solving: Address any discrepancies or anomalies in the data and develop solutions to ensure data integrity.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
