Our Production Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Production Team (SVP Production, VP Production, Production Manager, Account Manager). The key function of the Production Coordinator is to act on behalf of the Production Team from Pre-Qualification to HUD review. The Production Coordinator will assist individuals on the Production Team with Loan Volume, Pipeline management, Account Manager time off, leave of absences and back up. Assist Account Managers with loans by advising and reviewing programs, rates and documentation requirements with prospective and existing borrowers. Complete pre-qualifications for prospective borrowers and/or loan applications on as “as needed” basis (weekdays and weekends). Support Production Team by contacting borrowers and following up on the borrower’s required loan documentation, as well as sending and receiving lock documents. Support VP of Production and Production Managers in the gathering, computation and reconciliation of capture and maintain permanent file records on company drives.
Requirements include an Associate's Degree or equivalent from a two year college or a minimum of 3 years professional mortgage experience and training. A combination of education and experience is acceptable with a minimum of two years sales, and mortgage experience. NMLS license is required. This is a hybrid role.
