The Permit Coordinator is responsible for managing and facilitating the issuance of permits from various municipalities in a timely and efficient manner. Put together start packages and distribute to Community Construction Manager. Maintain lot specific plans and revisions. Work closely with Architectural Project Manager to ensure plans submitted are accurate. Ensure payments of necessary fees prior to final closing (i.e. impact fees).
Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license. Experience with Permits. Basic understanding of Blueprints and an intermediate level of proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel is required. Homebuilder experience and college degree preferred.
