The Project Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across a portfolio of mission-critical projects. Partner with senior leaders to create clear project plans, timelines, and milestone roadmaps highlighting dependencies, gaps, potential risks, and hidden opportunities. Create and implement a holistic PMO process to provide structure, metrics, and tools to plan, prioritize, manage, and track strategic projects through the entire project life cycle. Partner with senior leaders across the organization to facilitate collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement throughout the business while working closely with the Corporate Strategy team to ensure alignment to strategic goals. Ensure streamlined activities and effective communication based on clear prioritization, playing a key role in ensuring company success.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and 5 years’ experience in Project Management, with experience in strategic transformation initiatives, change management, and project leadership. Experience successfully facilitating multiple projects simultaneously as the primary project manager, delivering on time/budget. Significant experience in managing collaborative teams that work with/ for a client. Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies, comfort with tools like Miro, Asana, and Microsoft Suite. Background in consulting preferred. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other comparable certification.
