As our Executive Assistant, you will schedule and confirm appointments and meetings, screen calls, make travel arrangements, and assist the Division President and executive management in daily management activities and matters of confidentiality. In addition, you will maintain budget on a periodic basis, process invoices for payment, prepare and distribute memos, prepare reports and presentation materials, order supplies, establish and maintain department files and logs, prioritize and manage multiple projects in a timely manner, manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Preferred candidate will have an Associate's Degree or equivalent and 3-5 years of administrative experience and training. Must be detail oriented with thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
