Job Description
The ideal candidate will serve as a key member of the K'ima:w Medical Center's executive team, overseeing all aspects of financial strategy and operations. They will be responsible for creating and presenting financial and tax strategy recommendations to the CEO.
- Create and present comprehensive financial reports and recommendations to the CEO
- Support the financial planning and analysis efforts by developing and implementing strategic financial plans
- Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports
Qualifications
- Strong finance-based analytical skills with 7-10 years of experience in finance
- Possess a strong background in finance and management, preferably with a CPA or MBA certification
