Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining, setup, and programming of CNC milling machines. This role involves creating precise programs for CNC machinery, ensuring that all specifications are met according to engineering drawings and customer requirements. Our parts are a variety of specialty per print fasteners, made from carbon/alloy steels, stainless, high temp, and exotic alloys.
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize CNC programs for vertical machining centers.
- Interpret engineering drawings to determine proper tooling, work holding, and machining processes..
- Perform quality control checks using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions to improve production efficiency.
- Maintain accurate documentation of programming changes, setups, and production runs.
Requirements
- Proficient in CNC programming with a strong understanding of machining processes.
- Experience with interpreting engineering drawings is essential.
- Familiarity with Autodesk Fusion 360 software is preferred.
- Strong background in tooling speeds/feeds, G&M Codes, and work holding/fixturing is required.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and bore gauges effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Experience with HAAS and/or Doosan (Fanuc) machining centers is a plus.
- Minimum (3) years experience programming in job shop environment preferred

- Monday - Friday
- 7:30am - 4:00 pm
