Title-Adobe Business Analyst
Location: Jersey City, New Jersey (Hybrid)
Must Have -3 Year recent Healthcare domain experience
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements related to Adobe Experience Cloud products.
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Adobe Platform Expertise:
- Act as a subject matter expert on Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, etc.).
- Define and document business rules, workflows, and customer journeys leveraging Adobe tools.
- Assist in configuring and optimizing Adobe platform features to enhance customer experience.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the liaison between business teams, UX designers, developers, and IT teams.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development teams.
- Present insights, reports, and dashboards from Adobe Analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
Project Coordination & Documentation:
- Create and maintain user stories, process flows, wireframes, and requirement documentation.
- Work with Agile teams to ensure successful delivery of Adobe-powered digital experiences.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support change management activities.
