  • Define and prioritize the product backlog based on business needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and refine requirements.
  • Ensure alignment of the Agile pod with overall transformation goals.
  • Work closely with the development team to provide clarity and feedback.
  • Accept / reject work items based on defined acceptance criteria.

Skills :

  • Strong experience in Agile product ownership.
  • Healthcare domain knowledge (payer segment preferred).
  • Understanding of AWS Connect capabilities and contact center operations.
