As a consultant within the DI team, you will work with our clients to define their digital strategy and execution roadmap, and design and implement differentiated digital solutions to help deliver measurable value.
We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Manager to lead and execute projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP landscapes, project execution, and stakeholder management, along with technical expertise in infrastructure, networking, and security compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Planning & Execution :
- Define project scope, timeline, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and milestones.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in project execution and governance.
Risk, Budget & Resource Management :
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.Manage project budget, cost estimation, and financial forecasting.Allocate and optimize resources for seamless project execution.SAP Knowledge & Technical Expertise :
Understanding of SAP landscapes, including migration strategies from ECC to S / 4HANA.Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and infrastructure requirements for SAP environments.Work closely with technical teams to support SAP deployment and upgrades.Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :
Establish strong client relationships and ensure stakeholder alignment.Manage vendor coordination for services, tools, and third-party integrations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, technical teams, and business units.Technical Proficiency :
Understanding of infrastructure, networking fundamentals, and cloud environments (Azure / GCP preferred).Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards are met.Support integration of on-premises and cloud solutions.Reporting, Documentation & Team Management :
Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.Maintain comprehensive project records and process documentation.Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring productivity and alignment with goals.Qualifications & Skills :
8 years of experience in Project Management roles.Strong experience with SAP landscapes and migration strategies.Knowledge of infrastructure, networking, security, and compliance.Proven experience in budgeting, risk assessment, and resource allocation.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile / Scrum are a plus.
