Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Oracle EBS Technical Developer to support, enhance, and customize our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in Oracle development tools and PL/SQL, along with hands-on experience supporting key Oracle EBS modules. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement technical solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports within Oracle EBS R12.
- Write efficient and optimized PL/SQL code, forms, and reports to support business processes.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing production support for Oracle EBS applications.
- Work with functional analysts and business users to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Support Oracle EBS upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and follow change management procedures.
- Participate in system testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Mentor junior developers and support peer code reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) technical development.
- Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher.
- Experience with EBS technical components such as interfaces, conversions, workflows, and APIs.
- Familiarity with Oracle EBS core modules like Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and/or Oracle SOA Suite.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications or migration projects.
- Knowledge of web services and integration tools.
