Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Lead the design and development of IT solutions across federal agencies, ensuring alignment with mission-critical needs. Develop scalable, secure, and cost-effective architectures for cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. Translate business and technical requirements into modern, innovative IT solutions that drive operational efficiency. Cloud & Enterprise IT Strategy
Architect cloud-based and on-premise enterprise IT solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, and private cloud environments. Support federal customers in cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, and application modernization efforts. Implement zero-trust architectures and identity and access management (IAM) best practices in cloud and hybrid environments. Cybersecurity & Compliance
Ensure all solutions comply with FISMA, NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, VA Handbook 6500, and other federal security standards. Design secure data protection, identity management, and endpoint security solutions that align with federal cybersecurity mandates. Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement risk-based security controls while maintaining operational efficiency. Business Development & Technical Proposal Support
Support Eleven09's federal contracting and business development efforts by contributing to technical volumes of RFPs, RFIs, and white papers. Assist in identifying, qualifying, and shaping new business opportunities through technical insight and solutioning. Engage with government stakeholders to assess mission needs and align Eleven09's capabilities to customer challenges. IT Operations & Support Alignment
Partner with Eleven09's IT teams to enhance Help Desk operations, ServiceNow workflows, and IT asset management strategies. Support initiatives in AI-driven IT automation, predictive analytics, and proactive incident response solutions. Provide technical leadership in Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM), desktop support, and remote IT operations. Required Qualifications
10 years of experience in IT architecture, enterprise solutions, or cloud engineering. Deep understanding of federal IT environments, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity best practices. Expertise in cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), enterprise IT architecture, and hybrid cloud solutions. Strong knowledge of networking, identity management, and IT security principles. Experience working on federal IT contracts and a strong grasp of federal procurement requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting technical proposals and RFP responses. Preferred Qualifications
Relevant certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, CISSP, CISM, or PMP. Prior experience working with VA, DHS, or DoD IT environments. Familiarity or certifications with ServiceNow ITSM, ITAM, HAM, HAMPro, SAM, ITOM, AI-driven automation, and enterprise IT asset management tools. Experience leading teams and managing enterprise IT transformation projects.
