Networking Technologies is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead and execute complex networking projects that drive innovation, efficiency. As a TPM, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies, develop roadmaps, and ensure the successful execution of high-impact networking programs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with core teams to develop long-term strategic plans and tactical roadmaps for networking technology initiatives.
- Lead global networking programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.
- Utilize technical judgment to facilitate project delivery, conduct technology reviews, and optimize engineering workflows.
- Define and track project / program success criteria, setting measurable milestones and performance benchmarks.
- Manage relationships with technical vendors, ensuring quality and efficiency in service delivery.
- Work closely with network engineers, software engineers, and operations teams to develop scalable solutions for network data, control, and management plane software.
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure proactive issue resolution.
- Effectively communicate program updates, technical trade-offs, and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
