We are seeking a midlevel Intellectual Property associate to join the Houston, Seattle or New York office. The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in IP litigation, with experience in life sciences and representing pharmaceutical companies preferred. Candidates should have experience independently conducting research, drafting substantive pleadings and motions, and organizing, conducting and managing the discovery practice. Candidates should also have some experience participating in hearings and depositions and interfacing directly with clients.

Base Compensation $225,000 - $ 310,000 / year
The base compensation for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business factors and market factors.

Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing
- Experience in Hatch-Waxman litigation
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing litigation, with a focus on Pharma Litigation
- Strong brief writing skills and deposition skills required, and hearing experience preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional time management skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality legal services
