Seeking experienced Consultant – Consultant Overview
KL Scott and Associates is seeking a Strategic Advisory Consultant to coordinate and deliver comprehensive program support. This position will provide advisory and consultation services to our clients and projects. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who possess excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities along with the passion to solve our clients' problems and deliver meaningful results. The ideal candidate will reside on the West Coast or Mountain Time at minimum.
Responsibilities :
- Work with managers and clients to gather business requirements, identify deliverables, and support IT strategies
- Function as a strategic advisor vs implementation-based consultant
- Support overall communication related to plan and project execution
- Conduct needs assessments, develop strategic plans, and provide consultations / workshops regarding information technology process improvement issues.
- Provide technical writing support to the team
- Translate SME analysis for client presentation and reports
- Analyze a situation and formulate effective solutions
- Develop and deliver training materials, toolkits, briefs, and presentations
- Facilitate workgroups and communities of practice to promote collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Interact with vendors / partners to collaborate and coordinate technical assistance delivery, best practices and lessons learned.
- Ability to work with subject matter experts
- Demonstrate empathy when working with clients, partners, and teams
