Operations Manager - IMPACT WINDOWS

Salary of 55K - 65K Based Strictly from Pre-Existing Experience.

We are investing in technology starting to advertise but we are operating on a skeleton staff…This is a job for someone willing to do everything from being head cook to bottle washer. If you are just one or the other, this will not be a good fit for you. You will be required to manage millions of dollars plus projects to assist with incoming calls when the office manager is out of the office.

REQUIRED:

• WINDOWS AND DOOR EXPERIANCE - DO NOT APPLY WITHOUT THIS EXPERIANCE
• MUST Have valid driver’s license.
• MUST Speak English and have a great phone presence
• MUST Be Familiar with MS Office Tools (specifically MS Word and Excel)
• MUST Be Familiar with any Impact Window software from any MF (PGT, ES, EAS, CGI etc.)

PREFERRED But Not Required:

• Preferred - College Degree.
• Preferred - Bilingual in Portuguese and/or Spanish
• Preferred - Permitting Experience
• Preferred - Measuring Experience
• Preferred - Online Marketing experience and/or knowledge or training

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain Vendor/Supplier relationship
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
• Establish new suppliers as needed
• Work with Suppliers on warranty claims and service reimbursement
• Work Directly with suppliers on product logistics.
• Work directly with customers determine if service is under warranty and scheduling service with crew & customers
• Some onsite and review issues/service requests as needed by customers
• Final Measures - confirming quote matches customer needs
• Submitting final orders by sales personal
• Understanding project installation costs and prepare weekly reviews to President
• Review and approving installers project invoices
• Schedule Installers on job
• Assist sales team with their customers when visiting showroom
• Ability to quote and assist and quote walk-in customers
• Working With Contractors for quoting new construction homes & buildings
• Control min/max of inhouse material in WH
• Work with Installers on product pickup verify and log product being taken to jobsite
• Verify arriving shipments are correct and Quality Check (QC) product being unloaded.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
