What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking friendly, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy helping customers find the perfect products while maintaining budgets. Prior experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
Your Role
As a Customer Service/ Inside Sales Associate, you’ll be part of a supportive team, with responsibilities that include:
- Building a deep understanding of our extensive product lines becoming a product expert.
- Preparing accurate customer quotes and processing phone orders.
- Answering questions with expertise and a warm, helpful attitude.
- Closing sales effectively and providing post-sale support.
- Proactively reaching out to prospective and existing customers.
What You Bring
- A pleasant, professional, positive attitude and phone demeanor.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills via phone, email and chat.
- Ability to multi-task, with experience handling high call volumes.
- Highly motivated individual who is keen to learn and grow.
- Comfort with computers and office productivity software, Salesforce CRM knowledge a Plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required); Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Customer service experience (2 years) and office experience (2 years) are required.
Work Schedule
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts from Monday to Friday.
