Primary Responsibilities:
Description of Duties:
- AR / AP experience
-Prints and tracks invoices in email
-Codes and stamps invoices
-Distributes Invoices for approval
-Enters all data pertaining to payables invoicing
- Files and organizes Invoices in Open/Paid and which division
- Pulls invoices for payment
- Process Invoices for payment
- Files paid invoices
- Maintains files
- Researches information in the systems on existing or previously expensed items.
- Acts as general help for other administrative tasks
- Other projects as needed.
Skills: 3 years Accounts Payable experience, strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, intermediate knowledge of Excel and Word, SAP or JD Edwards a plus. SAP proficiency required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
