Job Summary
The Regional Facilities Manager reports directly to the Director of Real Estate and Facilities. This person oversees the maintenance, improvements, upgrades, and efficiency of our facilities across a specific region of K&M Tire. The Regional Facilities Manager will possess exceptional leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in facilities management, and will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities meet company known regulatory standards, optimizing operational costs, and implementing best practices to enhance overall efficiency.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of facility services.
- Develop and manage budgets for facility operations, including forecasting and cost control measures.
- Converse with facility vendors to obtain quotes, explain repairs needed & follow up on progress of repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with known regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and address facility-related needs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in facilities management.
- Support management decisions and company goals.
- Responsible for managing and resolving conflict in the work environment by using the company values as a guide.
- Perform other duties as appropriate and assigned.
- Support company goals and uphold K&M Values.
Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of facilities or a related field
