Multi-Spindle Screw Machine Set Up Operator Maple Grove, MN Payrate: $25-$35 per hour
Shift Needed: 1st Shift 6:45am – 4pm Mon-Thurs. and 6:45am – 12pm on Fridays
Benefits Offered: Employees are offered 6 paid holidays and will qualify for healthcare benefits
after 90 days of employment. 401k is also available.

Job Summary
Machines include Index, Conomatic, Acme, and Brown Sharpe single spindle machines. This job
requires mechanical aptitude and requires the ability and willingness to learn on the job.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Set-up operator utilizes machines and tools to perform a series of progressive machining
- Demonstrated proficiency with Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).
- Perform daily maintenance of machines as required.
- Operators may run more than one unit simultaneously.
- Requires a broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with operational
- Maintain a clean, safe work area.
Qualifications and Skills
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to perform metric conversions
- Must be able to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and routings
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
- 10 or more years of related experience
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Continuous mental and visual attention is needed.
- The ability to stand for a shift and lift up to 40 pounds is required.
- The temperature may vary, and personal protective equipment is required.
