Core Responsibilities
- Create permit-ready construction drawings with comprehensive specifications
- Generate 3D visualizations and renderings for client presentations
- Manage building permit applications and coordinate responses to permit reviews
- Collaborate with senior architect and structural engineer on design implementation
- Communicate construction requirements clearly to field teams
- Present designs and technical details to clients
- Ensure drawings include complete speed and finish specifications
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Expert knowledge of architectural drafting standards and building codes
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods
- Excellent project coordination and communication abilities
