Role Overview
Kitchen staff members are essential to the success of our Kpot locations, ensuring high standards of food presentation, quality, and prompt service. They work as part of a dynamic team to deliver exceptional dining experiences by preparing, plating, and presenting plates in accordance with our restaurant’s standards. Responsibilities & Duties
- Ensure all dishes are made according to food safety regulations and restaurant guidelines.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Assist in receiving and stocking food supplies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following sanitation and safety protocols.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines for food preparation and service, especially during peak hours.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen/butcher is preferred. You will be cutting and prepping a minimum of 500 lbs of meat a week!
