Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations on food and beverage options
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Display knowledge of Korean BBQ and Hot Pot concept.
- Ensure accuracy of orders before delivering them to the table
- Able to guide customers by cooking and demonstrating how to use cookware.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and service areas
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Knowledge of food service procedures, including food preparation, presentation, and serving etiquette
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy and integrity
