- Maintain office organization and cleanliness to create a welcoming environment.
- Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution.
- Assist with customer inquiries, providing information about services offered.
- Support office management functions including inventory management of supplies.
Experience
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including QuickBooks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading abilities are essential for this position.
