We are hiring an office assistant for a local boutique! This position will serve as right hand to the office manager. Duties include, but not limited to-
- Assisting in all administrative duties
- Operate Quickbooks Online
- Learn accounts payable and payroll process
- Set appointments
- Operate the CRM system
- Communicating with vendors
