Job Description
We are hiring a PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD for a local manufacturing company. This candidate will be a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Shop Team Leader to oversee production.
- Direct and manage the shop floor team, including machine operators and assemblers.
- Oversee daily production schedules, ensure timely deliveries of products.
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular safety audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Ensure all products meet quality standards.
- Identify training needs and facilitate skill development programs.
- Coach team members.
- Diagnose production issues and resolve conflicts.
- Prepare and present reports to management team.
