Your role in our team :
- You will investigate and troubleshoot application issues reported by customers.
- You will be tasked with developing workaround solutions to resolve application issues.
- You will be responsible for reviewing knowledge containers for known errors & creation of knowledge as needed.
- You will replicate customer incidents in-house.
- You will perform source code review to resolve customer incidents and problems.
- You will collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve incidents.
- You will understand business processes in (life science & pharmaceutical) industry.
- You will understand functionalities of Körber Pharma's software products & project customizations and take initiatives to continuously improve.
- You will correspond with customers using application support communication tools (phone / email / ITSM system / online meetings).
- You will comply with established procedures and workflows (Service Now / IMS / agreements / SOPs).
- You will constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve design, document, and maintenance of Körber Pharma's software products.
- You will develop project extensions and build non-GxP tools to monitor system health (incl. testing).
- You will maintain CMDB.
- You provide 24 / 7 support hotline on rotating schedule, if required.
